Do I need a referral for Cardiac Procedures?
Yes. A referral is required from your doctor.
Is there a waiting list?
Currently there is no waiting list for any non-invasive testing and in most cases your appointment can be scheduled for the next day. Invasive procedures are scheduled by your Cardiology Consultant.
When can I expect my results?
All tests need to be reviewed by a Consultant Cardiologist before being forwarded to your referring doctor.
What are the costs of the Tests?
Costs vary according to your Health Insurance company / plan or if self paying. For an exact quote please call the Cardiac Reception staff on 01 293 6694. Beacon Hospital accepts all VHI ‘Plan B plus’ and above.

Cardiac Services is located on the 3rd Floor. When exiting the lifts, turn to your right and the reception desk is through the automatic doors.
