Dr Paul Oslizlok is a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist in Beacon For Kids. His areas of specialisation include heart conditions, both congenital and acquired, in newborns, infants, children and adolescents.
Following his undergraduate medical schooling in University College Dublin, he trained in Paediatrics in Dublin and in Paediatric Cardiology in Great Ormond St Hospital, London, MUSC, Charleston and The Children’s Hospital, Boston.
Dr Oslizlok was appointed to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin (now Children’s Health Ireland, Crumlin) as a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist in 1992, specialising in interventional cardiac catheterisation. Apart from clinical duties, Dr Oslizlok has been Chairman of the Medical Board Board at CHI, Crumlin, Chair of the Joint Medical Board (CHI), President of the Irish Hospital Consultant Association and a member of the board of the All Island Congenital Heart Network, He was appointed Clinical Director at CHI Crumlin from 2019-2022. Dr Oslizlok is a board member of Operation Childlife (OCL). He has recently retired from CHI, Crumlin, but maintains a practice at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin.
