Training:
Dr Franklin trained in the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford and in Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. She was appointed as a consultant cardiologist in Great Ormond Street Hospital before returning to work in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin, The Children’s University Hospital Temple Street and Beacon Hospital.
