As well as being the location for a world-class hospital, Dublin is also a popular tourist
destination. Ireland’s largest city and capital has a great wealth of historic monuments, castles,
museums, classic Georgian architecture, plus a number of theatres, cafes, restaurants and shopping areas, worthy of any European capital.
Dublin is known for its cultural and literary history; the city has been the birthplace and inspiration for a number of poets and playwrights, including Oscar Wilde, George Bernard Shaw and Samuel Beckett.
Beacon Hospital is also ideally located for exploring the beautiful neighboring county of Wicklow, known as the ‘Garden of Ireland’ with its scenic coastline, picturesque lakes and majestic hills.
