JCI Accreditation
Beacon Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission International.
JCI, or Joint Commission International, is the recognised global leader in health care accreditation. JCI shapes best practices and establishes the most rigorous standards in healthcare.
To receive this accreditation, every three years Beacon Hospital undergoes an exacting performance assessment in addition to meeting a robust series of qualifications in patient safety and quality of care. During this time, three Joint Commission International (JCI) surveyors are on site examining the hospital and entire campus from top to bottom.
In 2022 Beacon Hospital underwent its 6th re-accreditation with JCI and has once again been granted “Accredited” status.
