Dr Purcell MB BA BCh MMedSci MRCSI FRCSI(Plast) EBOPRAS FESSH, is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic and Hand Surgeon with a private practice based in Naas and offering surgery at Beacon Hospital, Dublin.
Dr. Purcell graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1996. Following an internship at St James’s Hospital Dublin, Dr Purcell taught anatomy at Trinity College Dublin and obtained a postgraduate Masters of Medical Science degree in anatomy and anthropology from University College Dublin.
Dr Purcell became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on completion of basic Surgical Training and subsequently undertook a period of laboratory based research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA.
Higher Surgical Training in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery led to FRCSI(Plast) and additionally, Dr Purcell undertook a European diploma in hand surgery (FESSH) and achieved 3rd place in the European board certification examinations in Plastic Surgery, (EBOPRAS). Dr Purcell completed her training with a clinical fellowship in breast and microsurgery at Addenbrooke’s hospital, Cambridge, UK, before returning to practice in Ireland.
Dr. Purcell is a specialist registered Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon with the Irish Medical Council and is a member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons (IAPS).

Mr. Peter Meagher, Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon specialising in Skin Cancer and Hand Surgery. MB, BCh, BAO, MSc, FRCSI, FRCS (Plast).
Peter Meagher graduated from the RCSI in 1989. He did his basic surgical training in Dublin prior to specialising in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which involved a six-year training programme in London. This included a year spent at The Rayne Institute at UCL researching Dupuytren’s Disease. On completion of training, he did a three-year Microsurgery Fellowship at The Bernard O’Brien Institute of Microsurgery in Melbourne.
He was appointed Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon/Honorary Senior Lecturer in St. George’s Hospital, London in 2001. Mr Meagher returned to Dublin in 2007 and has held consultant posts in both St. Jame’s Hospital and St Vincent’s University Hospitals in Dublin.

Skin cancer including malignant melanoma, squamous/basal cell carcinoma and benign skin lesions.
All hand complaints including fractures and tendon injuries, Dupuytren’s, De Quervain’s and Carpal Tunnel Disease, in addition to hand reconstruction post trauma or cancer reconstruction.
Mr. Meagher has extensive experience in all areas of cosmetic surgery and has performed a wide range of surgical procedures over the last 20 years. He has a special interest in congenital and acquired breast disease, including breast Asymmetry, Gynecomastia, Pectus Excavatum, Poland’s Syndrome and reconstruction post-Mastectomy.
Ms Éilís Fitzgerald MB BAO MCh MSc BTEC (laser) FRCSI (Plast)

Éilís graduated with honours from UCD in 2001. Following basic surgical training, she undertook a Masters in Surgery, researching the healing of problematic skin wounds. She was the appointed to the higher surgical training scheme in plastic, reconstructive & aesthetic surgery, under the auspices of the Royal College of Surgeons, completing her training in plastic surgery in 2012. Thereafter, she undertook fellowships in reconstructive cosmetic surgery and the therapeutic use of medical lasers, in the UK. In 2013, she was awarded the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) travelling fellowship, which facilitated six months spent in the Netherlands and London as the Dutch Association for Facial Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DAFPRS) international fellow. Ms Fitzgerald has been a consultant at the Beacon Hospital since 2014. She is enrolled on the Specialist Register in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and is an active member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons and the British Medical Laser Association.
Ms Fitzgerald’s practice is based entirely at Beacon Hospital and Beacon Consultants Clinic. It encompasses the full spectrum of aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, including procedures to the body, breast, and face. She also offers non-surgical and minimally-invasive facial aesthetic treatments, including laser treatments. Additionally, she provides skin surgery, breast reconstruction, and hand surgery services. She has a sub-specialist interest in scar management and laser surgery. The hallmark of her practice is individualised, evidence-based care, delivered with skill and compassion.

Professor Seán M. Carroll MB, BCh, FRCSI, FRCS (Plast) MD is a fully accredited specialist Plastic Surgeon in Dublin, Ireland. He is registered with the Irish Medical Council and a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, in Beacon Hospital, St. Vincent’s University Hospital Dublin 4, St. Michaels Hospital Dun Laoghaire and visiting Consultant to The National Rehabilitation Hospital Dun Laoghaire.
He is on the Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery with the Irish Medical Council and is a full member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons (IAPS), a full member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and a full member of the Irish Association of Hand Surgery.
Sean was appointed Programme Director in Plastic Surgery Training in The Royal College of Surgeons in May 2013 and will be National Training Director for plastic surgery for the next five years.

Mr Kambiz Golchin ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeon M Med Sci, FRCS (Eng), FRCS(ORL-HNS), was educated at Wesley College in Dublin before undertaking his medical studies at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He graduated in 1994 and continued his surgical training in Northern Ireland. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in1998.
He trained in Ear, Nose, and Throat surgery and passed the Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery Fellowship examination of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004 FRCS (ORL-HNS).
