Working Life: New Laser Treatment for Enlarged Prostate

Dr Michel de Wildt, Consultant Urologist here at Beacon Hospital was recently interviewed by the Irish Examiner as part of their ‘Working Life’ feature. Dr de Wildt brings to Ireland with him the latest in surgical techniques for treatment of Benign Hyperplasia. This treatment, new and exclusive in Ireland to Beacon Hospital, is called the HoLEP (Holium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate).
