NEW!!! Ireland’s First Dedicated Post-Covid Clinic Now Open

Beacon Hospital’s Post Covid Clinic was established in March 2021 by Consultant in Respiratory & General Medicine, Prof Seamus Linnane.

Prof Linnane spearheaded the hospital’s clinical Covid-19 response, treating patients in both our ICU and Covid-19 ward.

Through his work treating these patients, combined with his work in the Outpatient Respiratory & GIM setting, Prof Linnane has come to recognise a number of complaints presenting in patients long after their initial infection with Covid-19.

Prof Linnane and his colleagues have developed this highly specialised clinic, the first of its kind in Ireland, to offer much needed care and support to these patients as they continue in their post-covid recovery journey.

The Post Covid Clinic has the support of the full service acute hospital including Ireland’s most technologically advanced radiology and diagnostics equipment.
