First Procedures in Beacon Hospital Cath Lab with New EP Technology
Beacon Hospital’s Cath Lab recently installed and performed the first Electrophysiology procedures using Biosense Webster’s new Carto v7.5 and Carto Late Annotation Mapping. We are delighted to be able to introduce this new EP technology to our patients in Ireland.
Beacon Hospital are the first Hospital in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) to take part in the Limited Market Release (LMR) phase of this new technology.
Last Friday 7th July, Professor Jonathan Lyne, Director of Electrophysiology and Consultant Cardiologist, performed the very first cases in the LMR in EMEA in Beacon Hospital’s Cath Lab.
Thanks to Nicola Hutchison, Aiden Carragher, Anthony Kenny from Biosense Webster. Congratulations to Prof Lyne and all in Beacon Hospital’s Electrophysiology team and the Cath Lab on this next milestone!
This is Modern Medicine!
