Dr Dermot McCaffrey Talks to Newstalk’s Ciara Kelly
Fitness Trackers: Dr Dermot McCaffrey, Consultant Cardiologist here at Beacon Hospital, spoke to Newstalk’s Ciara Kelly this morning, Wednesday March 10th, about fitness trackers.
Dr McCaffrey stresses the importance of taking some simple exercises such a a 20 minute daily walk and not to become overly fixated on your fitness tracker.
Although fitness trackers are wonderful for reminding us to get our steps in, try to go for an enjoyable walk and don’t feel that the number on the tracker is the single most important thing!
