Beacon Hospital Graduate Nurse Programme Hiring Now
Beacon Hospital Graduate Nurse Programme is a 12 month programme and allows Nurses to rotate through four clinical areas. The programme offers clinical skill based development with departmental scheduled study days, and a broad experience through the extensive range of ward and specialised areas available.
Our experienced Nursing team provide clinical expertise and support to the New Graduate Nurse. The candidate will be mentored and supported in their work to ensure the candidate gains the required competencies in a variety of clinical areas, including Surgical, Medical, Cardiology and more. In Beacon Hospital there are clinical facilitators in all areas along with clinical educators throughout the hospital.
On completion of the one-year rotation programme, the candidate can choose to work in the specialty of their choice, with a view to progressing to a sponsored Graduate Diploma in their chosen specialty. There is also flexibility to adapt the programme to the needs of the candidate.
