Experience:
Mr Zulfiqar Ali has worked as a consultant neurosurgeon in the National Neurosurgical Centre at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin and has vast experience dealing with complex neurosurgical cases. He was a clinical lecturer and spinal Fellow in the Department of Neurosciences at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (RCSI), where he formally received training to deal with complex spinal cases.
In treating patients, Mr. Ali favours the use of minimally invasive, microscope-assisted surgical techniques to deliver surgeries that result in less pain, trauma and scarring, and a more functional, rapid recovery.
