Mr Saleem Muhammad Jahangeer

Mr Saleem Jahangeer is a Consultant Cardiac and Aortic Surgeon at Beacon Hospital and St James’s Hospital, Dublin. He completed his undergraduate medical studies at Trinity College Dublin and undertook his surgical residency through the Irish Higher Surgical Training Scheme.

Following this, he pursued subspecialist training in complex Cardiac and Aortic Surgery at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. Since his appointment at St James’s Hospital, Mr. Jahangeer has established the Aortic Surgery Program and introduced several innovative and complex surgical procedures, advancing the scope of cardiac and aortic care within the institution.
