Training:
Mr Nagy Darwish was awarded CSST (Certificate of Completion) upon completing the Specialist training program in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Following this, Mr Darwish undertook a Specialist Spine Fellowship in Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, UK, for one year. Additionally, he spent another year completing an International Spine Fellowship in The Duchess of Kent Hospital, Queen Mary’s Hospital, Hong Kong.
Experience:
Currently Mr Nagy Darwish is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Specialising in Spine at Beacon Hospital’s Orthopaedic Centre. Mr Darwish has a special interest in degenerate spine and deformity and minimally invasive surgery.
Mr Darwish has over 12 years experience working at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. He also has an interest in education. Mr Darwish is committed to the field of research and teaching, and he supervises medical students at Queens University along with surgical trainees in spine related projects.
