Training & Experience:
Mr Elrasheid Kheirelseid completed basic surgical training at Galway University Hospital. Following this he was awarded the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI) Scholarship. He conducted research at NUI Galway and received his PhD by thesis.
Mr Kheirelseid finished his Higher Surgical Training in Ireland. He then completes a Fellowship in King’s College Hospital, London, in peripheral intervention for occlusive arterial disease and diabetic foot management.
Now in addition to his work as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Mr Kheirelseid is involved with RCSI in research, training and education.
