EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Dr Mijares Zamuner completed her Higher Specialist Training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition in Alicante’s University Hospital in 2013. She finished a Masters Degree in Clinical Research in Spain. Grant awarded by Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition Valencian Society in 2012. During her Specialist Training, she gained experience in Diabetes, Obesity and Bariatric Medicine.
Dr Mijares Zamuner moved to Ireland in 2014 and undertook a research fellowship in Diabetes, specifically in Monogenic Forms of Diabetes in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. Dr Mijares Zamuner is an active member of the Irish Endocrine Society and has authored and co-authored a number of publications.
