Professor Meaney MB, FRCPI, FRCR (UK) has been a Consultant Radiologist since 1996 and works in Beacon Hospital and St. James’s Hospital since 2001. He is the director of the 3T MRI research centre in Trinity College (The Centre for Advanced Medical Imaging) and is a clinical Professor in Trinity College Dublin.
His specialist interests include CT and MRI of the chest, abdomen, brain and cardiovascular system. He also established the Cardiac MRI service in St James’s. Professor Meaney is also Chairman of the charitable SJH Foundation.
