Dr Faizan Rathore

Dr. Faizan Rathore completed Internal Medicine and Cardiology training in Ireland, including a doctoral research MD with thesis in Heart Failure at University College Dublin, followed by further higher specialist cardiology training in the UK. He undertook advanced fellowships in complex arrhythmia management, conduction system pacing, and device therapy at leading centres including Royal Papworth Hospital, Cambridge.

His clinical focus includes complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmia ablation, catheter ablation procedures, and implantation and management of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and conduction system pacing systems. He has an active academic profile with peer-reviewed publications in arrhythmia management and heart failure. He has received multiple honours, such as the Young Investigator Award finalist at the European Pacing Symposium, winner of the winter arrhythmia case competition in Canada, and top ranking in Northern Ireland’s Cardiology SpR selection. He is actively involved in postgraduate teaching and maintains membership in leading cardiology societies.
