Sinead Moffatt is a Senior Physiotherapist in Orthopaedic Outpatients at the Beacon Hospital. She graduated from the Robert Gordon University in Scotland in 2000 with a first class honors degree. Since graduating, Sinead has completed a certificate in Manual Therapy in Perth, Australia (2004), graduated as a Stott Pilates Instructor (2004) and qualified to practice acupuncture (2010). In 2009, Sinead completed a Masters in Manual Therapy (Manipulation) with the University of Western Australia and was awarded a higher distinction grade. Sinead has worked exclusively in the area of sports and musculoskeletal injuries for the past eight years. During this time Sinead has worked with numerous sports teams including; Rugby (Scottish U19s), Gaelic football (County and Club level) and Hockey (Provincial). She is a keen Triathlete and is also member of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine having worked as head Physiotherapist for the Dublin Marathon from 2004 – 2010.
