Training:
Mr Burns graduated with an Honours degree from RCSI in 2000. After completing his Basic Surgical Training, he was appointed to the Higher Surgical Training Scheme in Otolaryngology in 2004 and received his Fellowship in Otolaryngology from RCSI in 2010.
To further his training, he spent a year at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, UK, as the Rhinology Fellow to Professor Nick Jones, Europe’s leading Rhinologist, to enhance patient care with all nasal and sinus pathologies.
